Our policy is to not refund fees. If you are away from Kinder for holidays or illness, you are still required to pay the full term fees as we hold that place for your child. You can withdraw your child at any time during the year by notifying the Committee. Further information is found in the Fees Policy which was included with your Kinder Handbook..
Due to the teacher / student ratio’s being different for Children under 3, children can not start in the program until their 3rd birthday. If your child turns 3 after the start of the program but before April 30 (which is the cut off age for the 3 year old program), you need to enrol the children as per normal process (see ‘Enrolment Process’) and pay the first term fees to secure the spot for your child. In the lead up to their birthday, the child will attend, accompanied by their parent or guardian, a session as an orientation to the Program. Then, once they are 3, they will attend unaccompanied.
At the start of every term, you will receive an emailed invoice from the Kinder for the term fees. You can pay them via internet banking. If you have any issues with paying the Kinder fees, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss further.
